Martin Rogena Ocharo
Head of ICT
Martin Ocharo is the Head of ICT at the AECF. He is an experienced ICT professional with 15 years’ experience in ICT infrastructure and Enterprise Systems Management. He has experience in the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as well as other specialized enterprise systems that support business operations.
Before joining the AECF, he served as the Global ICT Infrastructure and Support Manager at KickStart International whose operations spread across Africa.
Martin leverages on his hands-on technical ICT experience to deploy robust ICT infrastructure and enterprise systems required in a rapidly growing institution. He believes in the power of the emerging digital cloud platforms that spur business growth driven by the efficiencies derived from their use.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma in Management of Information systems (IMIS UK) and he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
