As the Chief Executive Officer of AECF since 2019, Victoria leads the institution’s efforts to secure the vision of a prosperous, enterprising and resilient Africa. Having been raised in rural Kenya, Victoria aspires for a time when market systems will work for Africa’s poor. Under her leadership, AECF is scaling up its financing, advisory services, investment support and knowledge services to catalyze greater work of 500 African SMEs and improve the lives of 10 million rural Africans by 2026.

Victoria serves as a member of several boards and councils, including Campaign for Female Education (Camfed), Convergence Finance, and Science for Africa Foundation. She also sits as a member of World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on New Agenda for Fragility and Resilience .

فيكتوريا حاصلة على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة موي ، ودبلوم في إدارة الموارد البشرية من معهد كينيا للإدارة ، وماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة الناصرة.
